The Field Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our field operations and is responsible for planning and coordinating fieldwork activities to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
This role involves managing a team of casual field technicians, overseeing job pack distribution, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The Field Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the Field Maintenance Coordinator to improve operational efficiency and implement new technologies during the off-season. Additionally, this position involves monitoring productivity measures, conducting equipment and safety stocktakes, and providing administrative support to the field team.
The Field Operations Coordinator will also liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new staff and communicate updates on policies and procedures.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
