Surface water management and design is a cost-effective and long-term solution for ongoing flooding issues. Using EM38 and elevation data we develop detailed soil texture maps, digital elevation maps and waterflow maps.
Following consultation with the farmer, drainage lines can then be overlaid on these waterflow maps. Once drainage maps are finalised and approved by relevant authorities, we can supply maps and files suitable for earthmoving contractors to work with farmers to construct the relevant drains, or alternatively mark out the proposed drains with the farmer.
